Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service are designed to protect both Covenant Political and its users by outlining the terms of use for the Services we provide. By accessing or using Covenant Political’s services, including our website, software, or any related applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2.

Description of Services

Covenant Political provides an AI campaign co-pilot for political candidates and the party organizations that support them. The Services include, but are not limited to: AI-generated daily and weekly briefings, intelligence and signal tracking, task and decision management, talking points, opponent and progress tracking, donor and finance tracking, and operator views for managing slates of candidates.

During the 2026 election cycle, the Services are offered through our Pilot Partner program. The specific commitments of that program are documented at /pilot-partner-terms and form part of these Terms for participating campaigns.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are responsible for your conduct while using the Services and for any consequences thereof. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including campaign finance law.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services or the servers and networks connected to the Services.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services, including data belonging to other campaigns.
4.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Covenant Political immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Covenant Political or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content provided through the Services without the express written permission of Covenant Political. Campaign content you input or that is generated for your campaign remains yours.

6.

Privacy

Covenant Political’s use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined there. See also our Trust & Data page for the practical commitments we make on handling politically sensitive data.

7.

Fees and Payment

Certain aspects of the Services may require payment. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the Services. Fees are subject to change, and Covenant Political will provide notice of any fee changes through the Services or by other means.

During the 2026 election cycle, Covenant is provided at no cost to participating campaigns through the Pilot Partner program. No credit card is required to use the Services during the pilot.

8.

Termination

Covenant Political reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Covenant Political makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Services or the information, content, materials, or products included in the Services. AI-generated content is produced by large language models and may contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it. You expressly agree that your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

10.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Covenant Political, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

11.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Covenant Political and its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12.

Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within New Jersey to resolve any disputes arising out of or related to the Services.

13.
